Hi everyoneHas anyone had any joy with pain relief for Sacroiliac joint pain? It's affecting my groin like toothache. Would muscle strengthening exercises help or hinder? It's driving me crazy.

Have you been diagnosed te sacroiliac? I've got the same groin pain but nothing physical was found so its psychosomatic in my case. Emotional pain stored there do they say.
