You can buy a TENS machine from lots of places - mainly chemists or online at Amazon. All TENS machines do the same thing, they reduce the pain signals going to the brain. Mine helps with my back pain. They come in different sizes too - 2 pad or 4 pad.

I bought one like that, but I heard you can hire them for internal use also.

Hi, I got mine from Argos it is a Kinetic Wellbeing with 2 sets of pads so you can use all 4 strategically placed, or just 2 if you wish. I used mine for pain relief not nerve damage so unable to say how effective it would be.

Best wishes Mutley

I bought mine from boots. It has 4 pads and is made by Beurer for Boots.

Hi Aprilbaby24,

Sorry to hear about your health issue. I did a little research b4 I got mine and was worried about the maintenance costs. Best was from Ebay for around £20. I got it because I don't need to replace the pads which can be an ongoing cost I didn't want to have. It has around 50+ different things to have done to your body with different intensity levels, and is quite small. I love it and it's helped me a lot over the years. I hope this helps. All the best 😍

If you have pelvic floor issues, be careful with a tens machine, as it contracts the muscles. You want the pelvic muscles more relaxed and loosened, not tightened. Do reverse kegels, not kegels, and internal therapy. I found acupuncture helpful also, done by an expert, to remove pain.
