Can anybody recommend any natural anti inflammatories? I’m allergic to prescribed anti inflammatory medication so I can only take painkillers to try and manage my Hip/back pain.

Quercetin is a natural anti-inflammatory you can use. The Professor I’m under recommended me to take it with Vitamin C, as I too am allergic to Ibuprofen.

Turmeric and ginger are also good especially as you can add them to food and drink or if you prefer get tablets from a health food shop or pharmacy

I had the diarrhea problem with one cbd brand. Turned out it was instructed me to take two full droppers full. It was too much oil at one time. . Never again.

Have you used a decent dose, I think 2,000mg is the therapeutic dose.

You can go to Holland and Barrett in Britain and the staff can help you choose the right CBD pill.

MSM is supposed to be a natural antiinflammatory. It often comes with Chondroitin and vitamin c but you can get it on it's own.

I think Celery is an anti inflammatory. And one can buy celery seeds in health food shops. Perhaps make tea with it. Until you mentioned this subject, I had forgotten all about it. It certainly would be handy to have an alternative in stock.

Try some red Bush tea. You can get it at any store and it's relatively cheap. It contains Quercetin the natural anti inflammatory which is said to be good for prostate health.
