Endo and alcohol

Just looking for some advice on drinking alcohol. It can cause flare ups and always get terrible diarrhea the morning after. Sadly I don't feel able to give up alcohol but would like to find a better way of enjoying a couple of drinks with friends. Are certain alcohols better than others maybe? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I think it possible that some drinks will have more effect on you than others, but the variation is probably personal and you would have to experiment to find out. But I also think it's easier to give up alcohol than you think it is, particularly if you feel significantly better without it. Why don't you try a month on the alcohol experiment, and see how you get on? Nothing is more important than your health. learn.thisnakedmind.com/the...
