They are a devise that u use inside your vagjna...and you set what programme you need it exercisers your pelvic floor its not painfull at all...but they do work I've had 3 now used for 10 yrs ..I still do to keep my p.f strong thats the reasons of prolapse as we age we loose estrogen which makes your p.f weak...Google kegal 8...x
