.does a rectocele cause pressure in anus and uti feeling with no burning and feeling like need a poo and constipation ime sure I could have a prolaps had hysterectomy many years ago. .feeling ve ry uncomfortable when ime constipated haven't seen Dr too much hassle trying to get appointment these days and all this started about 2 years ago after straining to have a bowel movement always feel s better when ime not constipated any comments appreciated

Could be as I think mine does.Intry to keep my motions soft with plenty of fibre and fruit and liquids.I eat prunes with weatabix and take fibrogel at night This doesn’t always work for me thou if we have gone away for a few days you just don’t eat the same kind of foods.I bleed sometimes too on each motion for several days now and then and even when motions are soft.Regular bowel movements are the answer thou.Have you tried fibrogel or laxido

Hi. I had the feelings you describe before I had my hysterectomy in February. Now I feel absolutely fine with no feeling of prolapse or constipation etc.. have you tried seeing your GP about having a pessary fitted. This helped some people but not me so eventually had hysterectomy. My Consultant recommended Flaxseed for constipation and I have found that to be marvellous for keeping bowels regular. Hope this helps
