benign osseous tumor on pubic bone-anyone else have this?

Hello, I am new here, I have a history of pelvic pain and was already told I may have osteitis pubis. I have been seeing doctors about it for almost a year... Last month I was able to get into a pelvic floor PM&R MD and from the pelvic x-ray was already told that my left pubic bone is "not normal". I had a pelvic MRI last Saturday. Today I logged into my medical portal and I happened to see my MRI results, I don't get back in with the doctor for a week though, and saw that I have a benign osseous tumor. I like the "benign" part, but not happy about a tumor... I don't know what my options are at this point, and googling only gets me medical journals etc. So I am hopeful someone might have some information here! Let me know- thanks!
