Has anyone tried mindbody healing for pelvic pain ?

I have had great success with pain reprocessing therapy to heal pelvic pain . My symptoms aren’t reduced 90% and on some occasions I have no pain or symptoms . Worth looking into if you are still suffering .

It is something that I would love to give a try, I know with chronic pain the brain is constantly in flight or fight mode and needs to be rewired, so to speak. Where did you go to for it.

I would love to know more about it. I'm willing to try anything. I know your mind plays a big role in your body. I stay stressed out a lot and this causes my pain to increase. I've tried meditation but i can't relax enough to do it.

Try with a book called “the way out” by alan Gordon or unlearn your pain by Howard schubiner

For some 15 years, I have tried and continue to try lots and lots of mind/body approaches, including retraining the brain programs. I tap and meditate every day. I am better but my pelvic pain friend remains. This Pain Reprocessing Therapy appears to be another neuroplasticity approach. Meditation is wonderful!!!!
