as aanyone found anything natral to help nerve pzin in feet and legs asits day and night now.

It depends on the reason for the nerve pain. I have a mystery autoimmune thing going on that causes pins and needles, burning and numbness in my feet and elsewhere (have had a bunch of tests). My doctor recommended Lipoec Acid 400-800mg per day as it can help to repair and protect nerves. Also b12, Fish Oil and Vitamin D. Its a horrible feeling isnt it? I hope you find some relief x

what do I say to my doctocr to get them to try and and find out why im having this . and what test do they do? to find out. or could it just be the bladder prolaspe causing it

I'm not really sure what tests they might do in your circumstance. An ANA blood test can check for antibodies that might indicate an autoimmune condition, however lots of things can cause nerve pain, including issues with your spine and some inflammatory conditions. I have only taken it for a short time, maybe a month - so not sure if it is effective yet sorry. It was recommended to me

No I dont. I'm not sure why the autoimmune thing is happening

I dont know any natural remedies, but I am diabetic and have restless legs with awful pins and needs and pain, I have been prescribed gabepentine which definetly helps a lot.
