Low back spasms pain at sides of hips and shooting pain down both legs?

I'm suffering from low back spasms pain at sides of hips and shooting pain down both legs. I've been fobbed off by so many doctors. So I thought I'd try to look for possible causes/suggestions. And /or advice here

I have the same symptoms but think it is my hip arthritis and am waiting to get hip replacement. I've had urine retention problems tho too and uti's in the past. I've been like this for years and getting worse hence hip op.

I have the same. Had Pudental nerve blocks , and 4 others including periformis intermuscular now periformis muscle damaged from blocks. DONT have them . I’ve spent all my savings and was made far worse. I’m on pregabalin 100 3 times a day, tizanidine 2mg 4 times a day, morphine patches nothing works. Took 2 ibrufen hrloed the spasm not the excruciating pain in the female area, feels like bring torn apart, throbbing electrical, down both legs like pulling upwards. Anyone tried duloxitine with any success. Desperate for help.l

Wow.. I’m just now dealing with that. Has a burning amd not that bad 2 weeks ago. So I thought I didn’t have one. Wrong! I was extremely sleepy all the time. Muscles were sore like I had lifted weight (like that wasn’t 20yrs ago haha). I haven’t wanted to eat. Tried to drink enuf water to keep urine clear. But I had a serious urge.. no notice that I had to go. I can’t run on a cane! Had to start buying Poise! The BIG ones. And then only maybe 1/2 a cup! One night it was 7 times! Dr called me in Cheflexin800 mg once a day. I actually starting to feel better.
