Thank you for having me in your group and for your support. I’ve had Levator Ani Syndrome for a little over a year now and any advice you have on pain management or seating, or any tips at all would be greatly appreciated….
Best Regards,
Cheryl

I also have levator-ani syndrome. Treatments that work for me is vaginal internal/external trigger point therapy from my specialist women's physio. Also receive Botox injections into levator muscle. Treatments together last about 3mths. They don't eradict pain more they reduce the intensity of pain. It also makes sitting a little more comfortable. Hope this info helps!
