Hi I’ve had VA for a good few years and had 2 gynae ops to double check the source of the bleeding. I was finally diagnosed and prescribed Vagifem. However, I stopped using them after 6 months as I kept getting urinal tract infections.

I’m happy to say the bleeding has practically stopped on its own now ( altho I have been menopausal for nearly 14 years!) so hopefully you may feel your symptoms lessening too in the not too distant future…

Unfortunately VA never goes away, it might get better temporarily but the potential for it to return is always there. I've suffered with it for over 20 years and tried all the treatments yet eventually it still returns.
