Raw feeling after gyn exam

Hello I hope some one has some advise for me thanking you in advance ...I had my annual gyn exam today and am very sore and when I pee it burns...is there something any one uses to help relive this..it feels like a raw pice of meat

That sounds so painful. Things to try might be coconut oil or aloe Vera gel (without color or additives). Either of these may help calm down the irritated tissues. I hope you feel better soon.~ Andi

Thank you I used some vitamin e at bed time it is much better my p/ n makes me so sensitive but it did help thanks again

I understand. The tissue can be extremely sensitive. I’m glad you found relief with the vitamin E.
