Hello guys first time poster here!! But for a while I've been getting a burning pain in my perineum it also feel like there is a leak or something there I don't know how to explain it. When I'm feeling it there is a tickly feeling in the perineum. Also I'm feeling no pleasure in orgasm there is a slight tickle but no pleasure. I hope someone can tell me what may be causing this.. Sorry for the grammar guys I'm dyslexic.

And that would cause lack of pleasure? . I did some research on it and it seems to cause lots of pain. I wouldn't say I'm in constant pain. Thank you for tbe reply
