Puedendal nerve and a large rectocele

Can anyone suffering with pudendal neuralgia and has a problematic prolapse tell me how to manage it as it is so low and causing all kinds of pain but consultant won’t operate due to pn

I would suggest you find a pelvic pain dr that will work with your Uro Gyn...I recommend the surgery I couldn't stand the feeling of not being able to walk ect... if you can find the two dr.'s to work together it will help you I am in the States and can recommend Dr. Marc Togla (the uro/gyn) and Dr. Richard Marvel (pelvic pain dr.) they worked together for me and I am better not 100% but getting better it is a very slow process and we all react differently to this horrid condition...Best of Luck

I would try Garden of Eden Acacia before surgery. 1 heaping spoon mixed with applesauce before bed. This will push things along.

I also have pn and rectocole / prolapse doctor offert to put mesh between my rectum and vigina but i refused because of the very bad storys i heart . When bowling movement i have to press with paper with 3 fingers on my perineum so my rectocole not fills it selfs and comming out. Sometimes i am incontinent and i use bandage or rectum tampons. Its laborious but i think better then surgery in a vonuable part of my body where my nerves are already damaged.
