Wondering if anybody has any ideas as to what i might have. I get pelvic cramping at night thats wakes me up in the middle of the night. It happens only at night but not every single night. Im going to physical therapy because my MD believes its my pelvic floor muscles. Im not to sure since i've been in physical therapy for 4 weeks now and just when i think I've made some progress the pain returns(perhapse im jumping the gun and its too early to tell). Usually lasts an hour or so then goes away. The cramps radiate from both sides of my palvis then relaxes constantly almost like contractions. They did a CT scan and saw nothing. I no longer get my menstration so it can't be that. Any suggestions as to what this is could be would be helpful. Thank you.
