Doctors say my anal fissure has healed but my anus still hurts

I've seen two doctors, both say that it's nothing, they checked it all thoroughly but found no problems. My anus gets very dry and contracts. It feels as if it is swollen and really tight. What should I do? I'm so confused and caught up.

I am so sorry you’re uncomfortable and I understand. You might feel some relief from an over the counter product called Balneol. After a shower or BM just gently pat a very small amount of this lotion around the anus. It’s available at some drug stores, but we get it at amazon. It’s the best product we’ve found.

I use coconut oil and it helps and soothes

i have to say it again...you need a pelvic floor physical therapist...they sort through the nerve/muscle issues but meanwhile some vaseline in there should help and ask for a muscle relaxer
