I have urge to go for a wee but also itching or a tickle inside from belly button down ,slightdischarge clear /yellow and no uti .

Hi please help been to docs 3 weeks in a row ,urge to wee and a annoying tickle / irritation insde me ,no uti each time but my abdomen is uncomfortable and feels sore inside ,need to wee all the time and getting frustrated now as docs are not helping just been referred to gynaecologist but that could take 6 months .Have been to pharmacist and was given cannestan pill oral and had awful abdomen pains .i am 50 still having periods.
