Chronic hip back thigh scrotum burning pain...also burning in urethra and anus.Help me.what is that... suffering from 6 months.no medicine worked.only26 years old.

It could be pudendal nerve entrapment. I had same pain.

From when...how many days u r suffering...is there any cure...I am fustrated.

I'm not sure of your question. If you do have PNE it's been my experience that the less amount of years you have it, the better chance you have recovering completely from the surgery.

Do u get relief from this deases? There is no chance of surgery....no doctor has idea what I have...all test negative.its pundendal neuralgia..very few doctos know about it.

Anik420, google ‘groin pain and hip labral tears’. Are you active? Also FAI and labral tears - this can cause those symptoms. I had right lower abdominal pain, pelvis pain, pain in vagina, down the inside of my thigh and sometimes in my foot. Took a year to finally get a diagnosis. Funny thing was I never really had ‘hip’ pain.

Anik420, join the Facebook page Hip Labral Tear Support Group. You will see many people with those symptoms that suffered for years and were misdiagnosed. The most accurate way to diagnose is through arthrogram... MRI with dye in the hip joint. I don’t know if there are any Orthopedic doctors in Bangladesh that are familiar with this or not, but people on the Facebook page can probably help you find someone. There are people from all over the world on this page. I’m not saying this is what is wrong with you, but symptoms are very similar. I feel for you, it’s a miserable existence. I know because I’m still living it.
