Can anyone recommend a pudendal cushion other than Thera-seat. My pain is mostly in the sit bone area. Thank you

Hi.... this topic is a can of worms as we all try more than three or four cushions each to find the right one. I have one from cushion your assets. It was recommended to me by the consultant at pain management clinic, it is from America and quite expensive but it helps. It took some getting used to though .there is someone on here that makes them so they might answer. Unfortunately it is trial and error. Good luck .

I bought a padded toilet seat and had 2 inches of sponge glued to the bottom of the seat to lift the butt tissue and prevent tissue being pressed on. The other thing that they recommend is a gardener’s pad that has a handle. Cut the handle off and sit on the pad with the hole from what was the handle under your coccyx. Good luck.

I use Tempur medical memory cushions. Usually described as seat cushions. I have had covers made for them with straps so that I can wear them cross-body and also in a pac a sack style so the weight is distributed. I cannot sit / go out without them in case I need to sit down. I usually buy them 2nd hand off eBay .

I found a valley cushion (has two airbags that can be inflated to individual levels depending on comfort) and Putnams ‘bony parts’ cut out foam cushion helped me. I have a whole collection of cushions at home that didn’t help, it is a very individual thing.

Hello, I had a seat cushion that was twin inflatable sides with channel down middle. Loved it but cannot find anymore. Could you give me more info about the valley cushion you described? I am desperate to find something similar to what I had. Thank you!!!!!
