What is your pain like and where are you feeling it? Is your your pain 24/7 or does anything give you relief? Can you sit on a toilet pain free?

Hi,

I have trouble sitting for a long period time, my pain is around sit bones. Rest is gives me relief. I don’t have trouble with pudendal nerve, my issues are SI joints, and I have to go for a fusion.
