Pain in groin( enterocele)

Hi

I wander if anyone has same problem about easter something in my groin just went i couldnt stand up it was like a ligament had torn or muscle, even coughing or talking hurt.

Since then ive tried to have sex( with my husband not some random lol) but it hurt and it hurts him to. So it gone out window.

I still get such bad muscular pain in groin, not all time but most. Especially if i hold my wee in or need a poop....

I have seen a pelvic floor physio and been doin exercises and also a gynae who says i have a small enterocele?

Why should this b giving me so much pain a year down line
