Have a little hope finally. The pain had been so severe for 2 years now never gotten a definitive diagnoses. Every specialist that does something in the pelvis has operated on me. I’ve had appendix removal. Testicle removal. Several blocks. Total hip. Vas deferens freezing then burning. Ilio inguinal nerve resection. L3 L4 disc reduction acupuncture etc. last month I went to an older urologist(dr Lloyd) that knew exactly what it was and sent me to physical therapy for internal pelvic muscles. Usually a woman’s space but they went into my rear. She also put needles across my external oblique and ran voltage. Pain went away for two days. First time in 3 years Nect appointment is tomorrow.
