Pelvic pain

New to this board but ive been suffering from right sided pain for the last 6 months. I've been having pt and found that i feel great immediately after and for a few hours, however then feel super sore maybe 3 hours later. Has anyone else had this? I'm also going to go private and see a pain management consultant on the next few weeks. Although my muscles in the vagina feel tight on one side the main pain radiatea away from the vagina towards the hip - it doesnt come up from the vagina like pn pain. Any ideas? mu go thinks it could be adhesions from abdominal surgery.
