More testing

I have been dealing with many issues for 20 years most were taking care of after my partial hysterectomy when 25. Well the pelvic pain has returned being tested today ultrasound on pelvis. Was told could be cyst on my ovary, flare up of endometrious, but not infections (UTI, bladder, etc) so I continue to hurt and wait.

I had ovarian cyst and endometriosis many years ago resulting in surgery and ovaries and uterus gone. This left me with scar tissue that forms after surgeries and now some 20 years later have pelvic pain issues some think from scar tissue. Sometimes it feels like you cannot win!
