Bad vulva volcano

I have vulva and clitorial pain due to using a bad chemical soap for almost 6 months now and still can not tell if it is pne or pn nerve damage. I am suppose to get some suppositories ononday.

I have managed and almost eliminated vulvar pain by following a low-oxalate diet. For many years now. Best list of low and high ox food on trying low oxalate website. And also the Vulvar Pain Foundation.
