Pubis synthesis

I developed pudendal neuralgia following the birth of my first child who is now 20 months. I was treated with pain blocks and medication and these have lessened, but not eradicated the pain. Along the way it was noted that I had a low level of hyper mobility. This seems to have prevented me stabilising my pelvic girdle and in the last few months I have developed pubis synthesis and sciatica. I wear a support belt and have had numerous sessions of pelvic physio with little improvement

Any advice would be welcome or centres of excellence reachable from Brighton or London.

Just a shot in the dark here, but might you possibly have a mild connective tissue disorder? My extended family has a genetic component for this. Makes injury recovery more difficult.
