endo and pcos blog!

I've got a new blog post up! It's a review and summary of the book 'Take control of Your Endometriosis' by Henrietta Norton. It's one of the best and most informative books ive read on Endometriosis and how diet and changing some lifestyle choices can really have a profound and positive affect on our symptoms! I also share my own story in a previous post and discuss other topics which many of us #endosisters think and talk about!

As healthunlocked doesn't allow us to post links to external sites (A little silly really considering how I recommended Health unlocked!) you can find my post by searching in google 'the endo artist' or theendoartist at blogspot.

There's some of the best tips and simple changes you can make that will have such a positive influence!

I'm going to be trying them all myself! And I highly recommend that you go out and get this book!

It's a brilliant read and I've learnt so much about Endometriosis that I never knew!

It would be fabulous if you could take the time to check it out!

Link is in my about me on my profile!

Hoping everyone is having a pain free day.

X

Hi I've just seen this article on your blog and it's really helpful. Personally I may have the best intention to buy the book but in reality i'd never read it so your summary is very helpful. Think I might print it and stick on my fridge! I find it incredulous that the nhs never even mention diet and despite repeatedly asking for dietary advice from my endo specialist consultant and nurse they just say 'eat healthy'. It's also great that you are out there with a cool site making people aware of the challenges of endo and offering a insider perspective.

Big thanks xx

Hi Karen!

Thankyou so much for your comment and for taking the time to read my blog! It really means the world!

I'm so glad you found my last post helpful! The nhs is pretty useless at recommending overly helpful things such as diet! I'd been a little bit skeptical myself but after reading the book I'd learnt so much about endometriosis and about how doing tiny things can make a huge difference!

Fingers crossed it makes a significant change!!

Thankyou again for your lovely comment and hopefully there will be lots more helpful posts on my blog!
