I am not a medical professional (anymore) and would like to give you any advice I can but your post doesn't give me much to go on. I do know constant bleeding is generally not a good thing-also important, is the blood bright red or darker ? Did the doctor go in simply to diagnosis, what did he tell you he found ?Also have you had a hysterectomy ? Don't mean to give you the "third degree", just hope I can help with more info.
