Like everyone, I've been gradually gaining weight since starting Urso so (rather than being on a strict diet) I have started to carefully watch what I eat. But at the same time I've been plagued with really terrible dizzy spells. I must reassure you that I am in no way starving myself and am eating regularly and healthily and my blood sugar levels are normal. I take regular exercise. I'm eating smaller amounts - could it be that eating less means I need less Urso or is that just dumb?

Dieting dizziness Anyone?
Could it be low blood pressure ?
I get the if I leave too big a space between food, even if I eat a few jelly tots, nuts or a piece of apple every couple of hours I am fine. I haven't put on any weight and I have been on steroids for 6 months as well as Urso (nearly off the steroids now), I have always followed the weight watchers program and I really believe that tracking what you it works (well certainly for me). There are some great phone apps for this too and you can base on calories as well as points. It's not like a diet at all just watching portions and correct foods. Hope it goes well for you.
