Hello PBCers,
Hope everyone is doing relatively well. I’ve been diagnosed with PBC years ago but started taking Urso few months ago. My liver enzymes and ALP are normal, however my TSH (thyroid) level has been going up drastically after Urso and my Synthroid dosage is being altered accordingly.
Has anyone experienced TSH change after being in Urso?

good morning. I do not take URSO but took ocaliva 7 years and it was a struggle to keep my tsh in balance. One extreme to another. I am now on Livdelzi and the pharmacist explained how sensitive thyroid drugs are. So I feel I will face the same problems now. I have no thyroid gland which I feel makes it even more important to keep the levels in the normal range.
