my spouse was at Costco recently and after shopping ate at the food court. Shared a table with another couple. They got to talking. Turns out the man had PBC! He had a liver transplant 23 years ago. Been doing Ok. They gave my spouse their phone numbers since I wasn’t there. Nice thing is he goes to the same hepatology clinic I do.

Isn't that something how life takes such turns for us?! So glad you will have someone who you can correspond with. Who knows, it might start a whole new friendship. Would you be willing to post where you live? maybe someone else could join too.
