Bloodshot eyes

I've accidentally got shampoo in my dry eyes and made them bloodshot I'm really fatigued today and yesterday

Have you joined the PBC Foundation? They have a good article on fatigue basically movement is medicine. Its difficult when fatigued to exercise but even the smallest achievement helps with fatigue, you don't have to run a marathon but a good laugh or a couple of extra steps each day helps.

Dry eyes go with PBC as you are probably discovering. What do you use? Hycosan is good but the pharmacist should be able to make a recommendation if you are not prescribed anything by the doctor.

Just on the comment for dry eyes, my optician recommended drops called Thealipid. Which she herself uses, I have dry eyes and by the end of the day they can become sore so I bought some and they solved the problem for me. Also I noticed how much brighter my eyes looked I looked less tired. Might be worth trying.
