have a look at Cover for You (on compare the market.com) or SAGA, Staysure I think also covers PBC. Some are more expensive than others.
good luck and enjoy your holiday
I got multi-trip insurance with Avanti; not cheap but it was the best I could find ( and I looked at a lot!). When I took it out last October they were doing 15 months for the price of 12 which made it a better deal. In the past I have had insurance with World First and Holidaysafe, but when I wanted insurance last year they weren’t issuing new policies. They probably are now, so maybe worth a look.
