For 8 months my arms have been killing me and 5 doctors ruled out many things kept testing now I’m told I have PBC, and they claim there is no relation to my body pains , can anybody help?!!!!

I believe that bone and joint pain are only just beginning to be recognised as symptoms. You may like to read the book by Professor David Jones The Definitive Guide for Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis.
