Hi I started straight away on 1000. 4 taken with my food at tea time. I had itch legs before I started a few mths Ago and no side effects and legs don’t itch Anymore unless I touch too much alcohol. So just have a bottle now and again.

Hi, glad to read you have had no side effects and you seem to be settling into the routine of taking your medication. The alcohol is always a tricky subject as some of us can tolerate it and others cannot. You say you have a bottle now and again, I am hoping not all on the same evening (no judgement from me) but staying within 14 units a week (UK government's guidelines) for a woman is quite often acceptable to many specialist but binging needs to be avoided as alcohol is hepatotoxic.

thanks i am a male but only have a bottle of beer a couple of times a week

Apologies wakeboarding I am guilty of making assumptions, my mind went to a bottle of wine as I like the occasional glass myself. Glad all is well for you.
