Optavia and urso

Has anyone been on the optavia diet? Are there any conflicts with Optavia and urso? Want to lose some weight and hearing great things about optavia. Ty

I went and looked it up, says it’s the main competitions for nutrisystem.... my liver doc said to stay away from anything prepared or additives.....,eat fresh organic if possible and cook from scratch. I was told to watch fat salt and sugar... since I have done that and added exercise I have lost 30 lbs

With you there, Pamela. I know many of us with PBC need to lose weight, but I always worry about those who opt for expensive faddy diet plans and products. The answer is, as it always has been, fresh food prepared at home (in moderation) and as much exercise as our poor tired bodies can take.
