Hi. Its been a while since i have posted. I recently had my labs drawn and my ultasound labs are back to normal and ultasound is pretty normal with subtle changes to the bile duct. With that being said i stil feel fatigued and have pain in my joints and stomach. Just wish i didnt feel bad so much. Thanks for listening.

That sounds like good news. I'm sorry about the joint pain and fatigue. It seems to come with the territory. Try to stay away from inflammatory foods and sugar. Google those if you're not sure about them. When I eat what I shouldn't, I feel it. When I'm better about my diet I feel so much better. This may help some I hope. But, fatigue is tricky.... when it hits, you just gotta do what your able. Make sure there's nothing "else" causing the fatigue that's fixable too. My labs showed I was super low in B12 and potassium. Once I corrected the imbalance I was a lot better. (But true fatigue from PBC is tough...) ❤

sorry you feel poorly even with the good labs. it appears that there is no correlation to how we feel and how good or bad our blood results are. My bloods have been quite good but I itch even with medication. If you have the time or energy have a look at the PBC Foundation web site there are one or two video pieces and information in back copies of the Bear Facts magazine. For instance I now use You Tube for visualization and relaxation techniques which I find helpful.
