Yes I have the side affects. Especially the acid reflux. I have to take a nexium. For me the chess pain gets so bad that I'm afraid that I will neeed to call 911. im also taking azathioprine and prednisone
I feel like a battling a bad flu and muscle pain, nauseous and very bad head ach.
Gosh Jenny you seem to be going through a bad patch. I have read a lot of your posts and feel for you. I have been weaned off prednisone and refuse to take immunosuppressants. last year I asked my GP to refer me to a different specialist as we were just not getting along,I was under a Gastroenerologist and now under an Heptalogist,, unfortunately the new consultant in Manchester is singing from the same song sheet but waiting to confirm if I have the AIH overlap which means the way forward is immunosuppressants back to square one but not going to give in all these drugs in the body can't be good as one leads to having to take another to subdue yet another side effect. Hope you soon get to feel better than you are at the moment
I'm also have very severe home issues. The body ach and nause and sleeping is the hardest. But I did just start the medications. The side affects will pass. I will be ok
I have really bad headaches that I didn't have before Urso.
I am on meds for acid reflux because I have Esophageal Varices.
I don't believe that I have it nearly as bad as some. I'm now Down to 20 mgs. If prednisone. 40 was just a bit to high for me.
I do get very very bad head aches. Other members are taking azathioprine as well. My Dr said that when I'm weaned off the prednisone I will take azathioprine and Urso for the rest of my life.
The body ache, and nausea and sleepy is constant. Head aches are not every morning but when I get them it's bad. I'm still not ready to give up.
I have terrible back pain, what are you all taking to ease that? Mine is the worst at work...I stand on my feet from anywhere of 6-12 hrs a day and about 3hrs in it starts up....
I have had unreal gastrointestinal issues since being on URSO...some days worse than others but no Acid Reflux....hopefully that stays at bay...
Sometimes it’s the fillers that they put in the tablets that’s the problem. I was taking Ursodeoxycholic made by one company ,then I was given a generic and a cheap and nasty one at that and that made me feel really ill .Went to the doctor and demanded the better one
