Any body taken anti histomines from doctor

My Dr told me that I can take any antihistamine that helps me. I asked Friday.

Antihistamines are ok to take. It's what my GI specialist & my university hep Dr always refers me to for the itch.

Yes, I take costco.com/Kirkland-Signatu... $15/ 1 year supply. My dermatologist prescribed for anti-histamine allergy. When I was diagnosed with PBC, at about the same time, I continued taking it. My gastro doctor approved. It is Cetirizine HCL/Antihistamine 10 mg, generic for Zyrtec®.

I was prescribed Cetirizine - two tablets twice a day by a doctor in the UK. This was for the itch, they worked for a while but my itch has been persistent and now have stronger medication.

Yes I take them to help with the itching or dry mouth no problem regards

I didn't get any relief with Benadryl. The hydroxyzine doesn't stop the itch but it does seem to ease it a bit. I've been on it about 2 years now and I think maybe my body has gotten use to it.
