Help need insurance for possible cruise.

Just got annual insurance with Saga for 140 pounds and am travelling to US on it in a couple of weeks time. They are recognising PBC as Primary Biliary Cholangitis now and making a huge difference to costs. The single 2 week cost would have been 99 pounds. Enjoy your trip. Xx
