Can anyone help with what to take for a migraine. Doc told me not to take anything stronger than 4 paracetamols a day without asking. I have PBC. paracetamol have got rid of flashing lights for now. Typical when I have work 2-10 pm. Still have headache though. Many thanks

Hi Louedwards

There are topical migraine relief products such as Mygra Stick which may help. If you google topical migraine relief you would be able to read the reviews of the different products. I understand that even topical products can be absorbed into the system and therefore end up through the liver so you may want to discuss this with your doctor.

best wishes
