Errant Results

I went to my last liver outpatients clinic on 20th April last and didn't see my usual doctor but one of his registrars. I then had the relevant blood tests for my AIH. I know my bloods are not perfect and there has been discussion of whether my steroids should be increased dependent on how my results are. Usually within one or two weeks I receive a letter containing my results and treatment. However I have received no letter and despite calling the hospital several times, it seems the registrar has not followed up my results. The secretaries have told me they have emailed him but he has not replied. I have been experiencing pain almost every morning on waking. I could be having a flare And not having the suitable dosage. The medical secretaries have stated that this is totally unacceptable - I am calling again today.
