Your benefit should be backdated at the rate of Esa you were on when you were originally disallowed minus the Jsa you've already had

Depends how long you ve been on it once on it for 6months it goes up .look on gov website it will tell you rates.well done for fighting and getting it...they shouldn't be allowed to put us through the stress/of process.I just we could make these people live in our bodies for a week or 2 then we'd have top rate of everything! !

Just been put off esa had to apply for jsa, how long did It take you to sort out , have to disagree with decision then if unsuccessful appeal. Could do without all this as you will know yourself. Any advice ?

Sign onto JSA immediately for funds allocated then inform HTB & CTB as you will have been stopped this automatically if you were claiming it.. Whilst doing that make an appeal against decision if your disagree submitting any more Wait for mandatory Reconsideration from ESA. Then wait for appeal date to Unfortunately Iv been down this road more than once before in the 5 yrs that wicked & unjust party has been in power !

Roll on 7th May as I know who I.lI.l vote for ...Other than that if your a christian 'Pray' ....Hopefully this is some help...All the very best ..Jo
