Immunoglobulin

I am about to have IVIG to try to improve my balance problems in my legs. Has anybody else had this treatment? If so, did it help?

I've heard of Iv Ig's for folks with motor issues, but I've never had them. My mom had MSA (a degenerative disease) but it was never tried on her.

Thank you NotorDJP, I am grateful for your reply. So sorry to know your Mum was not given Immunoglobulin. I do believe this is a fairly recent treatment but may be wrong. It is extremely costly and I am frankly surprised I am being granted it. I am hopeful but must not be upset if it fails to do the trick.
