Safety of medication / supplements with PA

I’m currently taking various supplements such as Macca Root and I’m also taking daily 5mg tadalafil for ED. As I’ve recently posted I’m awaiting biopsy results from an endoscopy which showed generalised atrophic gastritis.

What is the general consensus on taking medication / supplements?

As far I know many are on other medications for problems .Also have PA.

Supplements with PA usually needed are when absorbtiin impedes other things lihe iron ,Vitamin D ,folate .

I personally have a multivit .

Also low dose iron.

And vit D abd K2.

Only mediations lihe anti acids abd metaformin reduce B12 absorbtiin .

But if on B12 injectionsshouhc be okay.
