forgive me if arrived twice. Caught Campylobacter 3 weeks ago in Portugal. Only treatment there probiotics though I ended up in Faro Hospital on drip and CT scan . Platelets low 73 Mpv high. Bloods showed inflammation. Now in UK on clarythtomicin and wondering about SI B12 as usual. I have problems with both iron and folic acid normally so just couldn’t take at moment. Any advice v welcome
