Not feeling any better.

I have being taking, Liquid Drops 3000 mcg Methylcobalamin + Adenosylcobalamin. From Natures Way. It is in 3000 mcg per dropping under the tongue. I have tried tablet form Methylcobalamin also. There seems no improvement on my, balance, fatigue, feet cramps at night and numbness plus tingling in my right foot toes. I get my 12 week B12injection.

I'm dieting so I get as much B12 in my system as possible, but feel pretty bad. Even prepping for a dinner is tiring.

Could it be possible that my body simply won't absorb any vitamins.

Liquid Drops 3000 mcg Methylcobalamin + Adenosylcobalamin, costs £24 per 50ml bottle. But nothing seems to improve.

Any advice would be appreciated greatly.

You should try to get more regular B12 injections at your surgery . I have P.A. and only injections benefit me . Many P.A. patients only benefit from injections. I need to self - inject weekly . We are all different . It’s possible to obtain B12 ampoules from excellent German online pharmacies. An injection costs about £2.00 for everything , buying in bulk Give it some thought if you can’t get extra B12 injections.

Doesnt sound like you csn absorb and usd tablet or sublingual b12.

I spent alot of money for no benefit

You shoukd easily get 8 weekly injections at your surgery as per Nice guidelines with any neurological symptoms

That's a start

Sounds like you need injections more often. I get symptoms back in 3 weeks so I can an injection once per week. If you can't get your doctor to do it, this forum has lots of info for where to order B12 so you can self-inject. Or get someone to do it for you (my husband gives me my shots).

You need to take things into your own hands. Request more frequent injections else your symptoms will worsen. My Drs were pretty prickly when I requested more injections but I managed to persuade them to prescribe 2 monthly ! The increase of injections still wasn't not enough to keep symptoms at bay so I now self inject daily.

You obviously are not absorbing sublingal perhaps you could ask your Dr for a referal to a gastrologist to investigate as to why.

Before I started injecting I tried sublingual, it was useless. I then just swallowed it, in increasing amounts, until it appeared in my urine. That was 25000µg (25mg) a day by passive absorption. We are all different but too much can not harm you.
