Being Lazy

Shout out to those that use the find what works methodology. I am trying to avoid the work of designing how to heal more.

Current 7.5 mg adenosylcobalamin, 7.5 methylcobalamin over 5 injections including setting an alarm to inject during the night. 100 mg P-5-P which prevents my peripheral nephropathy. 5 days in to this regiment.

Sometimes my head is clear of cottonhead and that is when I am doing the best and start to believe I am on the right track and not just a better one. It is inconsistent and no reason to believe my new regiment will be adequate to heal the cottonhead.

I seem to remember that some had success with stuffy head and NAC.

Thank you in advance.

well try benfomax by Pure. Start with 200mg. Take it for 2 weeks. I felt a difference in a few days.

Also supplement with magnesium and a b-multi. you already do the P5P so that will help.

These other vits that I recommend to take along with it are required for b1 metabolism and will get depleted if not supplemented.
