Thank you you for posting this Narwhal10; I have just ordered 3 boxes with free shipping which is great.
Thanks Narwhal10! Good to know that Panpharma is available again .
Thanks . What is the expiry date please
I will let you know as soon as I receive them. I’ll also post how long it took to cross the borders.

Thanks! Wish I could order now but temps and long shipping to US is not a good idea. It is heartening to hear increasing reports of availability as I will be waiting until end of October.
Thank You for update post.
I have just tried to order, but will not accept Debit/Credit Card. Can I asked how you paid?
Oh goodness nightingale-56,
Sorry for being a slacker and not replying sooner, I paid by debit card.
I normally pay by PayPal but had one of those moments er what’s my password ? My phone number ?
I bought something (not B12) from them on 6th August - used debit card. No problem at all.
Are you sending them back? I hope mine come with a better expiry date!
🤣😂 It was a complete wombat in a bath hat moment, writing this year instead of 3 years in advance. I had my diary open too. Plus, I get excited when my lovely post person comes.
Thanks for putting me right Narwhal10 . I received notification from Royal Mail this morning that they have received them this morning and would let me know when they will be delivered. That is a lovely long expiry date!
Just to say that my delivery of Panpharma B12 Depot arrived by Royal Mail yesterday and has the expiry date of 3/26.
Yay. I’m celebrating with a drink - can’t beat a pint of water. 🙃
I celebrated with an injection!
Woohoo. I hope it went okay !!
My first, I was on the phone to one of my BFFs. They said you’ve gone awfully quiet. Oh I have a needle in my leg, just moving my hands to push the plunger. They were unsurprised, they know I am as mad as a bucket of frogs. 🐸
It went fine. I think you are very sensible to be doing B12 injections if needed. I also feel that Panpharma leave me feeling a little calmer than other makes.
I am pleased to read it went well.
I am an ‘out of the box’ thinker but I was an undiagnosed coeliac for 30 years. Now, I have complications from it. I have lost careers as a result. I did run my wards like an old fashioned matron, efficiently and always calm in an emergency. Midwives are affectionately known as mad wives. We promote choice and work with individuals.
We also practice taking blood from each other and I let the students I mentored practice their clinical skills on me.
😉
I was gluten intolerant after I had my sub-total thyroidectomy and really felt the difference after doing an elimination test from my son's paediatrician (lovelyMan).
Old-fashioned Matrons are what we should still have and NHS would not have half the problems they do have! My youngest sister is a Midwife and definitely how you affectionately describe them. Very brave of you to let students practice clinical skills on you. I have no problem giving injections as I had to give my young son Growth Hormone injections for 17 years from the age of 2.5 years.
Oh my goodness about sub-total thyroidectomy. I do hope that you are fit and well or on the road to it.
Thank goodness for paediatricians and you benefitting from gluten free. To quote Datis Kharrizhan,
‘Gluten is one of the most neurotoxic substances’ (Poisonous to the brain).
Yay, your son is now a man and thanks to you, he has thrived. 😆 I bet your sister is great at her job.
Just a share, a new doctor came to a ward I was in charge of. I introduced myself, oriented them to the place and the toilet. Telling them, if you need help please ask me. I am more than happy to help. Your lunch is on the second shelf, you have a choice of two. They said they’d work through. ‘No, you will have a break, at least some food, a drink and a toilet stop. By the way, your breath smells of alcohol. Here’s some mints.’
They were taken aback. I tapped my nose, we use our sense of smell too, to detect situations, illnesses and conditions too. As time progressed, I would go home, open the kitchen windows asking my flat mates who had been burning toast. None of them had.

The reduced ability to detect smells is called ‘Hyposmia’ and not being able to detect smells is ‘Anosmia’. It is because the special nerve cells in the nose (the Olfactory Sensory Neurons or OSN) become damaged or inflamed. As a consequence, they send weaker or distorted signal to the brain.
In 2020, when COVID-19 hit the world, clinicians started asking,
Do you have a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste?
It was ONLY then that these symptoms became pertinent. A pandemic had to occur for practitioners to understand that these symptoms can be due to a very serious illness indeed !!!
